Hi, I'm Claire and I am passionate about helping people create more peace and contentment in their life by helping them to release past patterns and emotions that no longer serve them.
I discovered the amazing power of EFT and NLP techniques personally when I used them to help me overcome Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well as anxiety that I had suffered from for most of my life.
Having benefitted so much from these simple and gentle techniques, I did not want to keep them to myself, but have made it my mission to use them to help others.
I am based in Farnham in the UK but hold sessions remotely, so I can work with anyone wherever in the world you live.

The power of the unconscious mind
Many people are held back or feel stuck in unhelpful feelings, emotions or behaviours – this isn’t because of anything they are doing consciously – otherwise it would be easy to change! Its due to things going on within the unconscious mind - programmes and beliefs that were often set up a long time ago. We’re most often not aware of this, but in reality what’s going on in our unconscious mind is what runs the show – it determines most of our behaviours and emotions and can even affect our health! Creating real change requires us to look at whats going on in our unconscious mind.​
What does the therapy involve?
I help people to reduce negative emotional responses to past events and/or let go of unhelpful patterns and beliefs (often formed as a result of these events) that no longer serve them. By doing this I help people travel on the path towards true peace and contentment in their lives today.
I use techniques that help us communicate and where helpful change the unconscious mind and that can bring about significant and lasting change.
I do this by using a combination of techniques including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sometimes called Meridian Tapping and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Both these techniques allow us to talk to the unconscious mind and where it would be helpful, gently release stuck emotion and adjust any beliefs or patterns (often set up in childhood) that are no longer serving us.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT can be described as a form of emotional acupuncture (no needles involved though!) As we talk, we tap on the end points of the acupuncture meridians on the body. Tapping on these points sends a calming signal to the brain telling you that you’re safe. At the same time it helps us communicate with the unconscious mind so that we can lesson the emotional response to unhelpful memories and reprogram unhelpful beliefs.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is a way of looking at and adjusting the patterns or programmes of thought and behaviour that either help or hinder us. There are a range of gentle and often fun processes that we can use to do this.
